Many companies have put in place in-house development solutions that enable companies to complete an electronic payment without the bells and whistles. When things change such as payment formats or banks then more development costs are required. We work with all banks providing interfaces to over 75 banks at any one time.

With regard to accounts receivable we provide a single cash processing function. We import in bank statements or lockbox files and auto-match the data in these files to open accounts receivable files. We also auto-match bank charges to specific general ledger codes. In countries such as Germany and The Netherlands this can mean auto-matching rates of 80% plus.

Finally we have a bank reconciliation solution that can be used to auto-match Cashbook journals to the GL or to bank statements. This reconciliation capability can also be applied to customer and vendor reconciliations.

In summary we provide cash in and cash out and cash reconciliation software. Our system has multiple views and reports of our database which includes the entire cash position of your company.
